Let’s be honest. Almost all of us grew up watching avengers or specifically, “Iron man.” At least I did. I grew up wanting a Jarvis of my own who would cater to my every need. I remember lying in bed and tossing and turning and trying to think when technology would catch up and my dream would finally come true. And since it’s not out yet, I decided to take the matter into my own hands.
And now we present to you: Amaira.
Amaira is one of its kind. In our vision, we imagine it to be your assistant and your friend. For you, she can mean something else. The world of possibilities is endless.
WHAT IS AMAIRA?
Amaira is one of its kind of upcoming AI. We believe it’s nothing like the technologies that you’ve ever seen before. Specifically designed with the best of the best experts, Amaira would be by your side all the time and help you in whatever situation you are in. Whether you need a friend or want to browse something or even binge-watch your go-to show, sit back and relax because Amaira will take care of it.
Amaira comes as a set of a mirror and a pair of goggles. What’s as interesting about something as common as those? About everything. Both of the pieces of equipment are embedded with our specialized Artificial Intelligence robot.
Every morning, the first thing most of us do is look in the mirror and then move on to other activities.
Imagine a world where your mirror can help you do stuff. That’s what we’ll help you achieve. Amaira is going to be your P.A that will always be available at the snap of your fingers.
Our smart technologies will activate as soon as we hear the sound of your fingers hitting your palm.
Our voice recognition technology will help you decide who will access and use Amaira.
Not only this, you can customize a list of what you don’t want people searching for, allowing you to create a parental lock for your children.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
As soon as you snap your fingers, the very second, our Amaira springs to life to greet you. At your command, a window of options showing a pop-up window with the different modes will open up. From there, you have a choice to either select the desired option using a voice command or using our touch-sensitive mirror.
Along with that, the mirror will also be accompanied by our smart googles. Using that, Amaira will always be at your service.
Not only that, if selected, there would an option to record and save the things you saw during the day. Kind of like a recorder or a camera- but you don’t have to have to carry around a big device all the time. Imagine wanting to record a moment, but then as soon as you take out your mobile it’s gone.
With Amaira, all you have to do is say the word, and your work is pretty much done.

OUR SOLUTION:
Some of the steps taken to design Amaira are as given below:

Points that are taken in suggestion before estimating our budget are:

In the starting, the mirror and the googles will be sold for an estimate of Rs. 60k-75k. However, both of the products can be sold separately, the only downfall for that will be the limit the features.
After some time, say about 6 months, there will a charge of about Rs 1.5–2k per month to access Amaira.
Amaira will come in different plans for it to be feasible for different groups. Some of the plans are:
1. The Student Plan: It would offer our services at a discounted price for the newer generation.
2. Monthly/Quarterly/ Yearly Plans: A suitable offer would be made for their loyalty towards our product.
3. Business Plan: This would be designed specifically for the businessmen and the people hustling towards their goals every day.
MARKETING PLAN:
After the beta version of the product is released and tested, Amaira will be sold in markets.
Our marketing strategy would include celebrities and famous people. Our product will be given to a few of them for free as a gift so that they can help endorse our brand.
Secondly, billboard advertisements and flyers will be made and distributed amongst the population.
Lastly, the most important division of advertisement would be through Television ads, YouTube ads, etc. Nothing attracts people more than the compelling products they see online. This enables us to target the newer generation and try to encourage them to buy our product.
RISK ANALYSIS:
During the initial stages in the development of the program, many things may go wrong. The programming language may take more time or knowledge than expected. There might be a few areas that we are not able to cover with our product or the beta version doesn’t work out well with the customers.
The marketing strategy may not work out as planned and the people might take more time than expected to try our product.
Many things might go wrong but our idea is to find out and eliminate all errors as soon as possible.
